Welcome to Uprise Coffee, where we pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our meticulously roasted, single-origin coffee. We understand that ordering coffee online is based on trust, and we strive to ensure every sip meets your expectations. However, we also recognize that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re committed to making things right. Please find below our Return and Refund Policy, designed to make your experience as smooth as your morning brew.

  • Freshness Guaranteed: We promise that every bag of coffee you receive from us will be at peak freshness, allowing you to enjoy the full spectrum of our beans’ flavor profiles.

  • Quality Assurance: Before your coffee is shipped, it undergoes rigorous quality control checks to ensure it meets our high standards and your expectations.
Refund Policy
  • Damaged Products: If your coffee arrives damaged or compromised in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We kindly ask for photo evidence to help us understand the issue and ensure it doesn’t happen again. Upon review, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the taste or quality of the coffee you received, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We value your feedback and will offer a choice between a replacement of the same value or a refund. We may ask for your input on how we might improve our products, but this is entirely voluntary.

Return Process
  • Contact Us First: Before returning any product, please contact us at support@uprise.network. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Shipping: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Exclusions

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
